FERME DU KREMERICH - BIQUERIE DU KILI
La biquerie du Kili is a small haven of peace on the Kremerich farm between Siltzheim and Wittring. Ophélie and Jérémy have about forty goats with which they produce fresh cheese, ripened cheese and faisselle. You can discover their products during the season from April to September in the beautiful little shop of the farm on Wednesdays and Saturdays!
They also sell beef in the form of parcels several times a year. The animals are slaughtered in Sarrebourg and prepared by a butcher from Francaltroff.
The Kremerich farm has a natural feeding approach and only feeds its animals with the fodder it produces in order to avoid chemical and phytosanitary products.
