RESTAURANT LA FLEUR DE SEL
A warm ambiance in a careful décor: this is what you will find as you enter in the restaurant “La Fleur de Sel” in Sarralbe. The chef Vincent Letzer gives free rein to his creativity to create flamboyant dishes with generous accents.
His wife, Herminia, assures the table service and manages the reservations. The kitchen has a good smell of season’s products, which are carefully chosen to create a continually evolving menu. All the preparations are stamped ‘home made’.
